My husband (Frank Gradilone) and I own several Peruvians, we trail ride and occasionally show. We are building an equestrian development in Lake Chapala, Jalisco, Mexico to retire to with our horses: http://www.RDPLakeChapala.com
Would love to hear from other Peruvian aficionados in Mexico or Central America!

I hope that you are all well and your new place in Chapala is coming along well. There's a possibility that my husband (Ramon) is going to Chapala to the dentist within the next month. Hopefully, you can meet us.
Jane: Thanks for your kind words! I'm so grateful I could be helpful. I think two Peruvians per person is a perfect number ...except I always feel guilty about the one that doesn't get ridden or fussed with each time.
Guess what I'm getting?? Not that Peruvians won't always be first in my book, but I've had a 'thing' for ponies all of my life & I'm finally acting on it: I'm getting a Hackney roadster driving pony!! I'm going to get a sport sulky that's rather like the 'all-terrain vehicle' of sulkies and I can run the mountain trails and logging roads. I can't wait till her arrives later this month. Then, I hope to start an unhurried search for my next PP saddle horse.
Welcome to the site. It was a pleasure meeting you in Indiana. Your development in Mexico looks beautiful. It was great listening to you talk about it. It is going to be amazing when it is finished.
