About Me:
Hi, I'm Laura Mesia, co-founder and creator of Peruvian Horse World. We are currently relocating our ranch from IL to Pipe Creek, Texas (Located in the Hill Country outside of San Antonio).

I love Peruvian horses. I got involved in the breed about 15 years ago, when my mom bought her first Peruvian Horse. She gave me my first horses to start out my own breeding program.

We've done some regional showing, we have not been too active in the last couple of years in the show ring...but I really miss the fun and excitement.

I'm looking forward to making new friends here and working to promote the Peruvian Horse.

Hi Laura,
I was looking back at old posts and saw yours asking about my art work. I do portraits of horses for people. I do not have a web page though. I posted a new one not too long ago I did for a friend who lives in California. If you would like a portrait done of one of your horses just let me know. Thanks for the interest. Vanessa Pack

Hi Laura! Glad to hear you are settled in Texas. Such beautiful country around San Antonio. If you got my previous emails you will know that I am retired from doing appraisals. I have a chronic condition that is slowly being improved. I am feeling much better, but cannot go back to work in the field. Are you still planning to use my articles...I can do more on various subjects. Let me know.

Best wishes, Pam J
