Loved all your wonderful pictures ,,,

beautiful horses and berautifl tack too,

,will be buying our geldings tack as soon as he grows a bit more

he is still growing and filling out and up ,

Boy do I wish we could get nice hay like in your fields,!!!!

Our boy needs some training, I haven't really started him at much

he halters, shadows bathes, stands for farrier

feet cleaning , vet he is always a good boy for the doc ,

blankets etc

Iam starting him soon in long lines and light weight saddle to just basicaly sit on him then walk around with so he gets familiar with those things

but no weight on his back as he is still growing ,he is big boned and strong but won 't push him hard but he needs some ground things put on him more,

he plays with tarps ,loves water fun.

It's hard not to want to climb up on him but won't push his bones and joints ,

may halter show him this summer at a local place nothing much we are saving to move to Panama and so showing in states would take the money to move on and get him set up with a trainer there,

Do you know of a good trainer maybe in Panama I could talk to when we get there this 2012 ?

If not Iam sure with the folks I know there I can find someone that will do right by our boy.

Thank you for replying back you have a wonderful ranch,

Judy Choquette

I find your website very entertaining, enjoyable and educational. As an afficiando rather new to owning horses in the Breed and in preparation of showing, I read the article on tack written by you in Issue 100 of the Peruvian Horse Quarterly and wonder if you can suggest a reliable resource in Peru for acquiring good quality alpaca, sheep's wool and cotton/linen ponchos as well as a black pellon of high quality and what the prices should be.

Sr. Dapelo-

Thank you so much for adding me as a friend.  I love the beautiful pictures.  Thanks for sharing.  I hope to be able to add photos of Caramelo2GMG soon.  He is now 28 years old, and I was able to ride him last year, until his back end seemed to "give way" under saddle.  I am wondering if the saddle was causing him discomfort due to the change in conformation due to age, or if it is a structural problem.  I wish there was someone close to Houston that could evaluate him under saddle, so I would be sure he is sound enough to ride.  Do you know of such a person?
