I would like to find a nice little PP colt/yearling/gelding to raise up.
I want a quiet, 1/10, easy going with excellent legs and barefoot hoofs.

The Southern California Peruvian Paso Horse Club is hosting a show this weekend (starting today) at Galway Downs in Temecula, CA, about 3 hours from you. It is a great way to meet many breeders at one time, see some of the types of horses they have, and arrange ranch visits, meet club members etc. Here is a link to the show premium, which will give you all of the information:
If you can't make the show this weekend, I would suggest reaching out to the club's president Nancy Gaelen, she can help fill you in on the club activities, especially if you like to trail ride, as well as connect you with local breeders. I will also be happy to help put you in touch with farms in your region, so don't hesitate to let me know if you need any assistance in finding more information...I'll help you get it.
If you decide to go with the Paso Fino colt vs. a Peruvian Horse, you will always be welcome here, and to ride with Peruvian Horse aficionados in your area. The only thing you would not be able to do would be to compete in a Peruvian Horse show that is open only to registered Peruvian Horses.
Are you specifically looking for a colt? Or are you open to a horse you can ride now? Please let me know, I can guide you to the different Peruvian Horse breeders in your area, and there are many in CA.
Welcome to Peruvian Horse World! We are glad to have you join us here and hope you enjoy the site. There are many ways to engage with others and we encourage you to connect. If you need any assistance in getting the most from the site, please let me know.
