Hi Mary. It is my understanding that you created a breeding program that provides a line of larger peruvians for trail and the smaller for showing. I recently purchased my first peruvian named RBVTango. She is 15.2 hands but does not exhibit the animated gait that the smaller horses do. Is there anything I can do to increase the termino. She is a great horse and will go anywhere and do anything but it would be nice if she was a bit smoother in her gaits. Honestly, I think she may have been trained by a quarter horse trainer but not sure. She was owned by the same owner who purchased her as a three year old for seven years. She will lope practically in place. I would love for her to gait like a show horse but I love her and she is my primary trail horse. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi Mary,

MT (Ximena) has been to several shows now and handled the environment just great.  She was at the EXPO this weekend representing the many gaited breeds with the Southern Comfort gaited horse club.  She was a trooper!!

Are you in Idaho now?

Hi Mary,

I called you recently and I have one of your Peruvians.  He came

from Boise.  Well, I love him.  He is the perfect mountain horse.  I ride

him in the South Hills all the time.  He is so tough and smart.  I would love to visit you this fall, if possible.  I live in Twin Falls.

Hi Mary-

Glad to see you back on the site.  You still have your original profile that is still active.  Was there a reason you created a new profile instead of using your current account?

Here is the link to your other profile page:
