Enjoying Peruvian Pasos to their fullest extent.

Friday June 18-Sunday June 20, 2010. This will be one of those "breath taken away" moments - except it happened 40 hours over and over. A group from Medina Lake, Bergheim, Hondo spent almost two days at Hill Country State Natural Area outside of Bandera TX. We camped at the Lodge, and we had 11 Peruvian Pasos between us. The Texas weather totally cooperated - nice breeze, no bugs .... We took some very good trailrides while there - one long one on Saturday morning that was awesome. Our horses were incredible. Two of the horses on this ride are going this weekend to a Competitive Trail Clinic. I know they both will make us proud.

Due to family health issues I am seriously needing to disperse my herd of Yard Art. I have a black 50% Peruvian Paso Mare that is 15ish. She has been ridden but not recently. Also I have a 14ish year old sorrel Peruvian Paso gelding that has not been trained. I had hoped to use him for side saddle but our "issues" have arrived first. Both horses trailer load. They are both easy keepers and have fairly good ground manners. I also have beautiful 5 year old mare who was crippled by an accident. She is beautiful and maintains fairly well. She can never be ridden, but could be a brood mare. She is a Sol de Paijan bloodline mare and really nice. If anyone is interested please respond and we can talk. I am seriously looking for a used side saddle and need new bridles as well. If anyone is selling used tack I would love totalk to you.
